One of the arrested militants, identified as Osamuddin, son of Gulshad, confessed in a video statement that he had crossed into Pakistan illegally from Afghanistan three days prior. He revealed that he had received terrorist training and was specifically instructed to carry out attacks in Pakistan.

Osamuddin explained that he and his accomplices had crossed the border at night through a section of the barbed-wire fence and were heading towards Pishin. At the time of his arrest, he was carrying two rifles, two Kalashnikovs, a grenade, and additional weapons.

The arrested terrorists have been moved to an undisclosed location for further interrogation, as authorities work to uncover the full extent of their plans and connections. Security sources confirmed that previous counterterrorism operations had led to the neutralization of several Afghan militants attempting similar attacks in Pakistan.
