Conditional permission to PTI for rally in Capital

Islamabad: The federal capital administration has given conditional permission to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) to hold a rally from Koral to Rawat under Article 144.

The district administration has issued a formal NOC for the rally, which states that 35 conditions have been laid down by the district administration to make the rally peaceful. Section 144 will continue to be enforced in the red zone and other areas, while the participants of the long march will not be allowed to block the road in any way.
The district administration has stipulated that public and private property will not be damaged at all. Action will be taken on bringing arms, weapons and batons etc. in the rally while slogans and speeches against the state, religion, ideology of Pakistan will not be allowed in the rally.

According to the administration, Islamabad Capital Police will issue a regular traffic plan for the rally. Violation of terms and conditions will be followed by immediate and strict legal action against the administrators.
