Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said that there is no truth in the news about the default of the country. PTI and some of its supporters in the media are spreading baseless propaganda.
Addressing the Pakistani community at the Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah after performing Umrah, Ahsan Iqbal said that the goodness or badness of every person abroad is not recognized by his personal name but by his country. Pakistanis residing in Saudi Arabia should respect the laws of Saudi Arabia and make the name of Pakistan shine.
Ahsan Iqbal said that unfortunately there is a PTI government in Punjab and KP, they take every step against the center and campaign against the security agencies of the country, arrest warrants are issued for the Union Home Minister.
The PML-N leader said that the PTI members are running a campaign to sabotage the Prime Minister’s global efforts to help the flood victims. They also told friendly countries not to help them, this is not a representative government of the people.
Ahsan Iqbal said that the country’s economy was at stake due to the bad policies of the previous government. We have improved the country’s economy by following the agreement with the IMF. MF was active in opposition to the renewal of the agreement.

The federal minister said that Pakistan-China Corridor has been restarted, relations with friendly countries have been improved, we want to establish CPEC-style economic cooperation with Saudi Arabia, under CPEC, China and Joint investment has been offered to Saudi Arabia.
He said that the future of Pakistan depends on how many years we do our exports from 30 to 100 billion dollars. It is the duty of every overseas Pakistani to do his part to increase exports.
Ahsan Iqbal said that an insurance scheme will be introduced for Pakistanis working abroad so that their families can be supported in case of their accidental death.
