HRE begins early handover of SkyHills Residences 1 in Dubai

Project delivered six months ahead of schedule, highlighting efficiency in real estate sector

Under the patronage of Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, HRE Development has announced the commencement of unit handovers for its project “SkyHills Residences 1” at Dubai Science Park, six months ahead of the contractual delivery date.

The early delivery underscores Dubai’s position as one of the most disciplined and competitive real estate markets in the region, reflecting strong execution efficiency and operational discipline—key indicators for investors assessing long-term market reliability.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials, investors, and representatives of the Construction and Real Estate Development Arab Union, affiliated with the League of Arab States, along with other real estate stakeholders.

The project aligns with Dubai’s broader urban development vision focused on quality of life, combining design efficiency with livability standards. The emirate’s real estate sector is increasingly driven by innovation, sustainability, and human-centric planning.

HRE Development was also awarded the “Premier Achievement Medal for Real Estate 2026” by the Arab Union. The award was presented by Salah El Dine Al Badri and Ahmed Salman Al-Salman to Mohamed Adib Hijazi, chairman of HRE Development.

Al Badri said the award recognises the project’s early completion, highlighting precision in planning and execution. He noted that the union, established in 2002, continues to support sustainable growth and regional cooperation in the construction sector.

Hijazi said Dubai has emerged as a global benchmark for execution discipline and timely project delivery, adding that early completion reflects effective integration between planning and implementation.

He further highlighted that Dubai’s regulatory framework and advanced infrastructure have enhanced project efficiency and strengthened investor confidence, reinforcing its position as a global hub for real estate investment.

The SkyHills Residences 1 project comprises two towers rising 42 and 35 floors. While the official handover date under the Sales and Purchase Agreement was October 2026, deliveries began on April 20, 2026.

The development features fully furnished residential units equipped with smart home systems and modern appliances. Amenities include an artificial river, beach-style swimming pool, BBQ areas, landscaped spaces, high-speed elevators, multi-purpose halls, prayer facilities, and integrated community infrastructure.

HRE also announced plans to adopt “Smart Sustainability” across future projects, incorporating advanced digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and long-term investment value.
