Amb Tirmizi interacted Pakistani Journalists based in UAE

Dubai: Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi interacted with the Pakistani Media Community-based in UAE here in Dubai on Thursday.

A large number of media members joined the event and welcomed Ambassador Tirmizi to UAE.

Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi joined as Pakistan’s Ambassador to UAE on October 30, 2022.

Highlighting the important role of media in society, Ambassador Tirmizi said that media are the eyes and ears of society. It is through media that all our efforts and activities reach the world. The role of Pakistani media in UAE is commendable for always supporting the right cause and sharing our message with the world.

“We look forward to further enhancing this cooperation, especially the promotion of our cultural heritage and beautiful sites of Pakistan. We urge you to showcase Pakistan’s rich history, its landscape, and vibrant culture through all mediums”, he added.

UAE is home to over 1.6 million Pakistanis. Pakistani community has contributed positively to UAE through their hard work and in Pakistan through their remittances. Please encourage and support these hardworking community members by highlighting their efforts, said Ambassador Tirmizi.

Media Community ensured their full support in highlighting the efforts of the Government and projecting a positive image of Pakistan.
