Ambassador Emphasizes Organisation of Regional Logistics Forum in Pakistan

UAE: Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the United Arab Emirates, has emphasized the need to host a regional logistics forum in Pakistan to accelerate the development of the country’s logistics industry.

The Ambassador made this call during a meeting with a high-level delegation from the Global Logistics Alliance (GLA) and Logistics Mode Pvt Ltd (LMP) on the sidelines of the 12th GLA Logistics Forum held in Dubai. The delegation included Ms. Grace, President and Founder of GLA; Mr. Malik, Project Director of GLA; Mr. Zeeshan, Group Director of LMP; and Mr. Suleman Jazib from LMP Dubai.

Ambassador Tirmizi praised the GLA Forum as a vital platform for global logistics collaboration and expressed appreciation for GLA’s efforts in fostering stronger ties within the industry. He also acknowledged the strengthening of bilateral relations between Pakistan and China, highlighting Pakistan’s emerging role as a strategic hub in regional logistics and supply chains.

Ms. Grace thanked the Ambassador for delivering a keynote speech at the forum and underscored Pakistan’s potential as a key logistics partner in the region.

Recognizing outstanding contributions to the industry, Ambassador Tirmizi congratulated LMP on receiving the “Best Contribution Award” at the 12th GLA Conference. Both Ambassador Tirmizi and Ms. Grace commended LMP’s achievements in advancing freight forwarding and logistics services in both Pakistan and the UAE.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to further collaboration aimed at positioning Pakistan as a regional logistics powerhouse.
