Anne Jackson shares expertise at first Divorce Fair in Dubai

DUBAI: Anne Jackson, Founder and CEO of One Life Coaching ME, widely known as ‘The Divorce Doula’, is an event partner and speaker at the first-ever Divorce Fair in Dubai, held under the patronage and presence of HH Sheikh Thani Bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

This new one-day event, taking place at Al Habtoor Palace, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, follows the success of its London editions, and is free to attend.

Anne, with over 12 years of experience in helping individuals navigate the complex emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of divorce, will be sharing her insights in two key sessions during the event.

She is a pioneering figure in the field of divorce coaching and therapy in the UAE. Having called Dubai home for over 25 years, she has played a vital role in breaking the taboo around divorce in the region, supporting both men and women through her therapeutic practice.

She founded the ‘Leaves Dubai’ divorce support group in 2012, offering a safe space for individuals going through separation, and has since become a go-to expert for those needing clarity, emotional support, and financial guidance.

Anne will be sharing her respected knowledge of the issues surrounding divorce in two speaking sessions at the fair.

Firstly, in a co-panel discussion entitled ‘Empower Your Journey: A Panel on Lifestyle & Wellness’, she will share her expertise on how individuals can prioritise their wellness and emotional health during and after a divorce.

She will focus on navigating the emotional and psychological challenges, while finding a path forward that emphasises personal growth and resilience.

In another session, entitled ‘Divorce Prep: Practical, Emotional, and Financial’, Anne will provide attendees with essential advice on how to prepare for divorce practically, emotionally, and financially. Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to manage the complexities of divorce while safeguarding their well-being, and ensuring a smoother transition for themselves and their families.

The Divorce Fair in Dubai is a unique opportunity for individuals to access comprehensive support and resources across five key pillars: parenting, mediation, financial guidance, family law, and wellness.

With its holistic approach, the fair offers a one-stop shop for anyone navigating divorce or seeking expert advice in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Anne Jackson’s participation as both a speaker and event partner highlight her commitment to empowering individuals facing divorce. Known for her ability to combine therapeutic support with practical solutions, Anne is respected for her work in helping clients overcome difficult challenges and move forward confidently.

Anne said: “I invite anyone going through or considering divorce to attend the event and gain valuable insights into managing this life transition with dignity and strength. The Divorce Fair promises to be a supportive space where attendees can explore options, hear from experts, and leave with tools to navigate the challenges ahead.”
