London: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the issue of the appointment of Army Chief will be resolved according to the constitution.
According to Leading News, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had an important meeting with PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif before leaving for Pakistan. In which League leaders Maryam Nawaz, Rana Mubasher, Ehsanul Haque Bajwa, Mehr Liaquat and others participated.
Sulaiman Shahbaz Sharif, Abid Sher Ali and officials of Muslim League-N Britain were also present on this occasion. The political situation of the country and the long march were discussed in the meeting. According to the sources, an important discussion regarding the appointment of the Army Chief was also held in the meeting.
After the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that it is a constitutional matter and it will be resolved according to the constitution.
Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif said in a short conversation with the journalists that “I did not accept the talk of the Jathas before, but now, may Allah make things better and bring the country on a better path.” He further said that the country is in trouble, we will bring it on a better path.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that failure is the destiny of Imran Khan, he wants to destroy the country, while Maryam Nawaz criticized the long march and said that people are suffering due to the long march.
When Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left after meeting the party leader, the two brothers hugged each other and Nawaz Sharif sent the PML-N president off with prayers.
It should be noted that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif left for London on a two-day visit after attending the COP 27 summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. In these two days, he also had several meetings with Nawaz Sharif.
