The anti-terrorism court of Lahore rejected the interim bail of PTI leader Farrukh Habib in the case of arson, encirclement and vandalism.
The court rejected PTI leader Farrukh Habib’s bail on the ground of non-compliance. According to the investigating officer, the accused in the case were not involved in the investigation. The government has constituted JIT.
The Anti-Terrorism Court ordered an investigation involving Zubair Khan Niazi, Dr. Yasmin Rashid and others. The court extended the interim bail of the three co-accused till March 7, while the attendance of PTI General Secretary Asad Umar was waived. Decision reserved on the application.
