Rawalpindi: 3 terrorists were killed in a clash with security forces in Awaran.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, the security forces have launched an intelligence-based operation against the terrorist group in the southern region of Awaran since March 15.
According to ISPR, based on confirmed information, an operation was conducted in the area and 3 terrorists were intercepted while moving towards their hideout. On being stopped, they opened fire on the security forces.
According to ISPR, all three terrorists were killed in a fierce exchange of fire. Arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the accused. The slain terrorists were involved in firing and IED attacks in and around Turbat Awaran Road.
The ISPR says that the Pakistan Army is committed to thwarting efforts to sabotage the peace, stability and development of Balochistan alongside the nation.
