DUBAI: The International Environment Conference 2023 concluded on a high note.
More than 500 delegates from India participated in the conference to applaud the great work of the Bishnoi society.
Indian leaders under the leadership of Devendra Budia, President Akhil Bhartiya Bishnoi Mahasabha, gathered to support the cause of preserving the environment and supporting the efforts of Bishnoi society from Rajasthan, India.
The conference was attended by renowned leaders from India, including Kuldeep Bishnoi (former member of Lok Sabha), Renuka Bishnoi (former member of Haryana Legislative Assembly), Farooq Abdullah (member of Lok Sabha), Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi (former member of Punjab Legislative Assembly), Dr Indra Bishnoi, Lavanya Mathur and Vivek Oberoi.
Sheikh Majid Rashid Al Mualla chaired the conference to support the cause and offered a gift of land to the delegation for planting trees.
His gesture of generosity was appreciated by the Bishnoi society and Devendra Budia expressed his gratitude.
Dubai supported yet another environmental conservation project by the Bishnoi society. As many as 363 trees were also planted in Sharjah for an environmental cause.
