ABU DHABI: Bloom Holding has announced the launch of Malaga, the eleventh and final phase of its flagship residential community, Bloom Living, in Abu Dhabi.
Named after the Spanish coastal city, Malaga features a collection of premium three- to six-bedroom villas overlooking a central lake. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, with prices starting from AED 4.1 million.
Inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture and contemporary living, Malaga has been designed to offer a seamless blend of comfort, connectivity, and lifestyle. The villas feature spacious layouts, elegant finishes, high ceilings, and large windows that open toward tranquil lake views.

The phase emphasizes community well-being, offering landscaped courtyards, green spaces, and easy access to recreational facilities. Residents will also enjoy a range of shared amenities, including pools, sports areas, and the Bloom Living Clubhouse.
Bloom Holding CEO Carlos Wakim said the company remains committed to developing people-centric communities that foster connection and quality living. He noted that the previous phase, Marbella, sold out in record time, reflecting growing confidence in Bloom Living’s vision.
Wakim said Malaga represents “a continuation of our promise to set new standards in real estate and lead community development across the region.”
Residents of Malaga will benefit from Bloom Living’s integrated design, featuring interconnected parks, a vibrant Town Center with cafés, restaurants, retail stores, a medical clinic, a wellness center, and a supermarket — all within walking distance.
The community also includes a large central lake with walking and cycling trails, multi-purpose amphitheaters, plazas, places of worship, and two international schools.
Located in Zayed City near Zayed International Airport, Bloom Living is a gated, mixed-use community open to buyers of all nationalities under Abu Dhabi’s investment zone regulations.
