Brooklyn Creamery launches zero-sugar gelato range in UAE

DUBAI: The Brooklyn Creamery (TBC) has expanded its “better-for-you” dessert line by launching a gelato range in the UAE, offering consumers indulgence with fewer calories, no added sugar and lower fat.

The brand said the new category, inspired by Italian tradition but reimagined with a Brooklyn twist, aims to deliver an authentic creamy gelato experience with a healthier edge.

“Gelato is a joy that should feel effortless,” Shivaan Ghai, founder of TBC, said at the launch. “So, we created a gelato that keeps the experience authentic — creamy, smooth and flavourful — while staying true to our promise of no added sugar, lower calories and lower fat. It’s the kind of treat people can truly enjoy every day.”

The launch range features four flavours: Cotton Candy Bubble Gum, Caramel Bistoffi, Belgian Chocolate and Coconut Crème. Each is crafted to balance indulgence with lighter nutritional values.

Consumers can order the products exclusively via Talabat. TBC is also offering limited-edition packs — single tubs priced at AED 35 with a golden spoon and a pack of three at AED 99 with a signature golden scooper.

With the new gelato line, the brand continues to position itself as a disruptor in the dessert market by combining everyday indulgence with mindful choices.
