Kuwait: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on Tuesday arrived here on a two-day official visit to meet the Kuwaiti leadership.
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar was warmly received by Kuwait’s Minister for Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Dr Jassim Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ostad, along with Pakistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Malik Muhammad Farooq. The other senior diplomatic officials were also present on the occasion.
The visit aims to foster collaboration and understanding between the nations of Pakistan and Kuwait, with the Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar scheduled to meet with Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

The discussions are poised to mark the beginning of a new chapter in economic cooperation, with several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) set to be signed. These agreements will cover diverse sectors such as manpower, information technology, minerals and mining, food security, energy, and defense.
In a traditional Kuwaiti gesture of hospitality, the Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar was presented with “Kahwa” upon his arrival, symbolizing the warmth and friendship between Pakistan and Kuwait.
