CDA Notice to Swati’s wife on illegal constructions

Islamabad: PTI Senator Azam Swati’s wife Tahira Swati has been issued a notice for making illegal constructions in Kofarm.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued a final notice to Tahira Swati on Saturday to demolish the illegal construction from her farmhouse in Orchard Scheme.

It has been said in the letter that Tahira Swati should immediately remove the illegally constructed basements, a total of four illegal constructions have been identified in the official letter.

According to the sources, if the illegal ground floor, two basements and guard rooms are not removed within seven days, CDA enforcement will go and demolish them. Tahira Swati, wife of TI Senator Azam Swati, violated building control regulations.

In the letter, Azam Swati’s wife has been told that she will be responsible for the damage. The Building Control Cell of CDA had sent a report on this illegal construction on November 19, 2018.
