Karachi: The management of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has once again implemented the Compulsory Service Act, under which employees will not be able to refuse to obey any order.
According to Leading News, the Compulsory Service Act has been implemented by the national airline management for 6 months, under which all PIA employees will not be able to stop any work. The Compulsory Service Act will apply to all employees including captains, air hostesses, captains and aircrew cannot refuse instructions and orders during the Compulsory Service Act.
Strict action will be taken against the employees who refuse to work on the orders given by the higher management while the violating PIA employees can be jailed for up to one year.
The violation of the Compulsory Service Act can lead to judicial action including administrative action.
