Dubai Airport Gives Festive Welcome to Chinese Travelers on National Day

Dubai: In celebration of Chinese National Day, Dubai International Airport (Terminal 3) extended a warm welcome to Chinese travelers arriving in the city. The reception was organized by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai.

The immigration counters were decorated with Chinese flags, while the smart gates were illuminated in red to mark the occasion. Special brochures carrying greetings for the day were distributed among travelers. To make the moment memorable, visitors also received a specially designed commemorative passport stamp.

Adding to the festive spirit, GDRFA’s mascots Salam and Salama, along with Mandarin-speaking staff, greeted passengers upon arrival, making them feel at home.

“Dubai is a city with a human touch, where travelers from any country can experience the warmth and hospitality of their homeland,” officials noted.

The initiative not only highlighted Dubai’s spirit of inclusivity and respect for cultural diversity but also emphasized the city’s recognition of international celebrations. Many travelers expressed that the warm reception made their journey even more special.
