Dubai: In support of Dubai’s vision for government integration and leadership excellence, H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), received a delegation from the Dubai Land Department led by H.E. Omar Bushahab, Director General of the Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the Board of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
The visit, attended by Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of GDRFA Dubai, along with senior officials from both entities, focused on reinforcing strategic cooperation and exchanging best practices in government service innovation.
GDRFA Dubai presented its pioneering initiatives in digital transformation, proactive service design, and government integration, offering insights into its advanced communication systems that contribute to Dubai’s global standing in excellence-driven governance. The delegation also explored the organization’s use of behavioral science in enhancing customer experience and shaping people-centric services.
