Dubai Police-created digital games achieve remarkable success

DUBAI: Major General Khaled Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, announced that the digital games created by Dubai Police have achieved remarkable success since their launch, with over 50 million downloads worldwide and ranking first in 120 countries in the category of educational games.

He also emphasised that Dubai Police, under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has launched several initiatives as part of its social responsibility efforts aimed at promoting community engagement and humanitarian action, while also striving to ensure the happiness of all citizens and residents, particularly children and youth.

“The digital games initiative launched by the Dubai Police General Command since 2014 has been contributing to the objectives of the National Strategy for Quality of Life 2031 by building secure digital communities, enhancing the digital quality of life, and promoting positive digital communities,” Al Razooqi added.

Colonel Engineer Hussain Ahmed bin Ghalaita, Deputy Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence for Smart Applications Affairs, confirmed that the Dubai Police General Command had developed a range of educational and entertainment digital games based on the social and historical culture of the United Arab Emirates to enhance national identity, instil loyalty and belonging to the UAE.
