Islamabad: The Election Commission delisted five cases against Imran Khan yesterday due to non-availability of a bench.
The Election Commission was supposed to hear the case of Imran Khan for not submitting details of his election expenses yesterday, while the hearing of the prohibited funding confiscation case was also scheduled for 13th December.
The Election Commission has also delisted the case of removing Imran Khan from the party chairmanship.
Apart from this, the Election Commission was to hear the request not to issue the notification of Imran Khan’s success in the by-elections.
The Election Commission will hear the contempt of court cases against Imran Khan, Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhry tomorrow, while the delisted cases will be heard on December 20.
