Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi has announced to build residential colonies for lawyers at district and tehsil levels.
On the occasion of a meeting with the lawyers’ community, the Chief Minister of Punjab has announced the construction of residential colonies and said that residential projects for lawyers will also be made like journalist colonies in every district and tehsil.
He also announced free treatment facilities for lawyers and families. Apart from this, the Punjab Chief Minister has also announced the immediate restoration of the Civil Defense (Public Defender) Act.
On this occasion, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi also announced the construction and renovation of the service structure for the Public Prosecution Department, the parking plaza near Shah Chirag Building and the Punjab Bar Council building, hostel.
In the meeting with the lawyers, along with Monis Elahi, coalition leaders Hassan Niazi and Aamir Saeed were also present.
