Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Parvaiz Elahi reached Islamabad to meet with the important person immediately after his meeting with Imran Khan in Lahore.
The Punjab Chief Minister arrived at Islamabad’s Noor Khan Airbase by a special plane at five in the evening and after staying in the city for about one and a half hours and in Rawalpindi for two hours, he left for Lahore.
Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi along with Munis Elahi and MNA Hussain Elahi met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan at Zaman Park.
Earlier, Chief Minister Punjab said that there will be a final consultation about the future of Punjab Assembly. In the meeting, vowing to fight every unconstitutional tactic of the opposition, he said that the meeting of the Punjab Parliamentary Party has been called on Friday.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi said that there will not be a single minute delay in dissolving the Punjab Assembly on Imran Khan’s request, the Punjab Assembly is Imran Khan’s trust and this trust has been given to him. He said that we will support every decision of Imran Khan, we fully support whoever he goes with.
He said that those who create misunderstandings will continue to fail like before. Imran Khan is indispensable for Pakistan. He was also beaten and will be beaten in the future.
Parvez Elahi said that the opposition is dreaming while waking up, they can leave the no-confidence motion but they don’t have enough members, even if the Punjab Assembly is in session, the governor cannot rule. It is suggested that they study the Rules of Business of the Assembly before speaking.
Leader of Muslim League-Q and former federal minister Monis Elahi said that Imran Khan will do what he says without any hesitation.
Munis Elahi also tweeted saying that the Assembly will be dissolved whenever Imran Khan wants, he assured Imran Khan in the meeting that the Chief Ministership is his property.
Speaking to the media after the meeting earlier, Pervez Khattak said that whatever decision is made, Pervez Elahi will follow the instructions of Imran Khan. I have had a personal relationship with Pervez Elahi. The matter is not as it is being told, we are all on the same page, the decision of Imran Khan will be the same for everyone, I want there to be no differences within the party, everyone will decide together.
