Islamabad: Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that the constitution and the law give the governor full authority to call for a vote of confidence, the president and the governor are not bound by any advice in this matter, Pervaiz Elahi is not a constitutional but a judicial chief minister.
According to leading news, while talking to the media in Lahore, the Law Minister said that this authority is completely with the President in each National Assembly and the Governor in the Provincial Assembly.
