Energy saving campaign;sitting banned in offices without permission

Islamabad: Ministry of Law has stopped its employees from using electric heaters in offices and sitting for long hours without permission to save energy.

According to Leading News, the Ministry of Law has issued instructions to the officers and employees for the energy saving campaign, according to which the AC will not be used from 11 am to 4 pm.

The directive states that employees should keep windows and doors open for light and wear warm clothes to avoid cold, use of heaters will not be allowed.

The directive was issued by the Ministry of Law in the light of the decision of the Cabinet.
