DUBAI: Mahzooz, the leading weekly draw in the United Arab Emirates, has once again transformed the lives of two lucky expats this week.
Building on the momentum of awarding AED 20 million to an Indian expat the previous week, Mahzooz continues to make dreams come true for its participants.
Venkata, an Indian expatriate, who was crowned Mahzooz’s 56th millionaire after winning the life-changing AED 1 million in the guaranteed raffle draw, had a remarkable stroke of luck as he also won the third prize of AED 250 after matching three out of five numbers during the 140th draws.
Also, Muhammad, hailing from Pakistan, received a glittering reward of AED 50,000 in gold coins, as part of the recently launched 5-week long Golden Summer Draws.
Venkata, who has been residing in the UAE for 13 years, has been leading a modest and hardworking life to support his beloved family. A devoted husband and father, he cherishes his wife and four children, one of whom currently works in the UAE, as a delivery boy for a popular delivery service company.
Venkata works as a porter at one of the popular supermarket chains in the UAE, tirelessly providing for his family. His dedication and perseverance have finally paid off as he received a life-changing phone call from Mahzooz on Sunday morning, announcing his incredible win.
Overwhelmed with joy and surprise, the fortunate winner expressed his delight at the unexpected news. “This is for sure a moment I have never experienced before. This is the first time in my life that I have won such a substantial amount of money. I am very thankful to Mahzooz and proud of myself for not giving up when I didn’t win the first few times.”
The journey to this life-changing victory for Venkata began almost ten months ago when he decided to participate in the Mahzooz draws, hoping for a chance at fortune. Venkata shared that music has been a significant source of comfort and relaxation for him, and he likes to spend his leisure time listening to songs.
With his newfound wealth, the lucky winner has thoughtful plans for his family’s future. He intends to use the prize money to pay off his house loan in India, alleviating the burden of financial constraints on his family. Additionally, he dreams of starting his own business, an aspiration that he can now pursue thanks to Mahzooz’s generous win.
The same draw also saw 2,770 other participants take home around AED 859,000 in prize money split between the second and third prizes while the Pakistani expat Muhammad won AED 50,000 worth of gold coins.
For only AED 35, participants can purchase a bottle of Mahzooz water, and enter the weekly draw every Saturday consisting of the Grand Draw, for a chance to win the new top prize of AED 20 million and the new weekly Raffle Draw, which will grant AED 1 million every week to a guaranteed millionaire-to-be.
Mahzooz means ‘lucky’ in Arabic and is the UAE’s favourite draw that offers participants a life-changing opportunity to win millions every week. Mahzooz is dedicated to making people’s dreams come true and giving back to the community.
Those who participate in Mahzooz between July 29 and September 2, 2023, will automatically enter the special golden draw every Saturday starting August 5, for a chance to win an additional gleaming prize of AED 50,000 in gold coins every week for a period of 5 weeks.
