Federal influencing on investigation of Wazirabad attack, Fawad

Lahore: Leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Fawad Chaudhry and Umar Sarfaraz Cheema have said that the attack on Imran Khan in Wazirabad was fully planned, now the federation is trying to influence the investigation.

While talking to the media in Lahore, Fawad Chaudhry claimed that the purpose of the attack in Wazirabad was to kill Imran Khan and gain benefits by spreading political chaos in Pakistan. An opportunity was given to attack Imran Khan by reducing the number of police in Gujarat.

He said that the investigation proved that there were three attackers, the DPO gave a camera to the SHO to make a video, the DPO did not come for the investigation, who is stopping them from being involved in the investigation.

Fawad Chaudhry said that the shooter was sent to kill the accused Naveed to give a religious color to the case, but when Naveed was caught by the PTI worker, he was shot by the shooter. He claimed that 14 shells of different weapons were found from the crime scene while 9 shells were found from the building in front, Imran Khan’s guard did not fire a single shot.

On the other hand, Provincial Interior Minister Umar Sarfraz Cheema alleged that the federal government is trying to influence the investigation.
