Female reporter died after crushed by container of Long March

Sadhoki: During the PTI long march, a female reporter was killed after being hit by Imran Khan’s container.

According to details, a female reporter of a private TV channel near Sadhoki was there to cover the long march when she was pushed under the container and the truck ran over her. A citizen is also seriously injured in the accident.

Sadaf Naeem died on the spot due to injuries on her face and head, after which her body was shifted to a nearby hospital for post-mortem.

After the incident, the PTI leadership stopped the contrarian at the same place and gave a message to the workers not to come near the contrarian and avoid harassment. Imran Khan has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the incident.

Prime Minister’s condolence

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed regret over the accidental death of a female reporter and said that there is great sadness over the death of Sadaf Naeem.

While condoling with the family, he said that Sadaf Naeem was a dynamic and hardworking reporter, he prays for the forgiveness of the deceased and patience for the family.

PTI Chairman expresses regret

The chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf termed the incident of female reporter Sadaf Naeem as horrific and said that I have no words for condolence. He said that I sympathize with the family and friends of the deceased and express my condolences to them.

Imran Khan further announced that we are ending the third day march due to this incident.

Federal Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb expressed her grief by telephoning the husband of female reporter Sadaf Naeem, who died as a result of the accident in Imran Khan’s Long March container.

She said that Sadaf Naeem was a dynamic and hard-working reporter. Sadaf Naeem died while performing her duties. She is an equal sharer in the grief of her family. We pray to Allah Almighty to grant the deceased a high place in His mercy. And give patience to the family members.

Apart from this, former Prime Minister of Pakistan Syed Yusaf Raza Gilani expressed deep sorrow over the sudden death of reporter Sadaf Naeem after falling from PTI’s canter. He said that in this hour of sorrow, may Allah grant patience to the family members of Sadaf Naeem and may Allah raise their ranks.
