Former military ruler Musharaf passed away at 79

Islamabad: Former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf passed away in Dubai at the age of 79 after a prolonged illness.

According to the sources, Pervez Musharraf was undergoing treatment in the American Hospital in Dubai, Pervez Musharraf’s family is thinking about bringing his dead body to Pakistan.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and President Dr. Arif Alvi expressed condolences on the death of Pervez Musharraf.

According to ISPR, Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee and Services Chiefs express their heartfelt condolences on the death of former President General Pervez Musharraf. May Allah forgive the deceased and give patience to the bereaved.
