Mumbai: Style fame actor Sahil Khan, who is considered a youth icon all over the world for his fitness, has faith in the law of the country and believes that the accused in the case of cheating with him will be punished soon. A couple was booked last week for forgery and conspiracy after Bollywood actor Sahil Khan alleged that the woman is a Bangladeshi national, who obtained anticipatory bail in a cheating case by submitting a fake Indian election card & Fake Passport.
The actor, who is popular from Bollywood movie Style, approached the police in 2019 claiming that the accused couple Soniya Ahmed (30) and Karankumar Dheer purchased protein supplements from the actor’s store in Oshiwara. Khan asked the couple to pay the money but they defaulted on the payment. Out of spite, Khan alleged that the couple posted photoshopped obscene photos of him on Instagram.
Sahil Khan, who stays in Andheri West, stated that when my advocates filed cancellation of bail appln, they found that Jabin being a Bangladeshi National, has made Indian Nationality Documents, with the help of Karan Dhir, though she is not of Indian Origin and Karan has helped her in getting all these nationality and identity documents done, somewhere from up North.
They both are “WANTED” and “ABSCONDING” by the clutches of Police machinery.
They have not cooperated at all with police as per Court orders, which is also Contempt of Court Orders, to that effect their Bail has been cancelled and they are on a RUN.
The actor filed a fresh FIR last Friday against the accused. Sahil Khan quoted “The police are currently on the lookout for both the accused and also LOC has been issued against the two accused namely Karandhir aka Karan Kumar and Jabin Ahmed aka Sonia Jabin. So that as soon as they land or plan on absconding, leaving India, they shall be arrested on Indian Ports.
