GDRFA Dubai Celebrates 95th Saudi National Day at DXB

Festivities highlight deep-rooted UAE–Saudi fraternal ties

DUBAI: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai marked the 95th Saudi National Day on September 23 with vibrant celebrations at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 1, reflecting the enduring brotherly ties between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Arriving travelers from Saudi Arabia were warmly welcomed with Emirati hospitality, including national flags, commemorative gifts, and greetings from the mascots “Salem and Salama,” who handed out special keepsakes to children. Smart gates were illuminated in green to honor the occasion, creating a festive atmosphere for passengers.

In a symbolic gesture, Saudi travelers’ passports were stamped with a commemorative mark featuring the 95th Saudi National Day logo and the phrase “UAE–Saudi, Together Forever”, underscoring the depth of bilateral ties and strategic partnership between the two nations.
