The BBC released its list of the 25 best travel destinations worldwide for 2025, curated with input from its travel journalists, the United Nations World Travel Organisation, Sustainable Travel International, the Black Travel Alliance, and the World Travel & Tourism Council.

Pakistan earned the 20th spot on the list. According to the BBC, the country is banking on a range of responsible tourism initiatives and new sustainable efforts to attract eco-conscious visitors to its awe-inspiring northern regions.
