Government issued passport to Nawaz Sharif

Islamabad: The government has issued a diplomatic passport to the lifetime leader of Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif based in London.

According to the information from government sources, after the final approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the government has issued a passport to Nawaz Sharif for the next five years. The passport and immigration office sent the passport to his address.

It should be noted that the former PTI government had canceled the passport of Nawaz Sharif due to publicity in the courts and then Imran Khan refused to issue a renewed passport, after which Nawaz Sharif was living in London.

The government had already issued a normal passport to Nawaz Sharif this year, according to the rules and regulations, former presidents and former prime ministers have the right to hold diplomatic passports.

It should also be remembered that after the return of Ishaq Dar, Nawaz Sharif has also indicated to return to Pakistan. Leaders of Muslim League-N have mentioned at several places that Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan in December, while Imran Khan has also expressed this fear and even today he has mentioned this to the workers on the occasion of the resumption of the long march.
