Govt slashes petrol price by Rs10 per litre

Islamabad: The Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has increased the price of petrol by Rs.10 per liter for the next fifteen days.

The Federal Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar said in the press conference that the price of petrol and kerosene has been increased for the next fortnight. The government is increasing the price of petrol by Rs 10 per liter.

After the recent increase, the price of petrol per liter reached Rs 282.

The federal minister said that the price of kerosene per liter has been increased by 5 rupees 78 paise, after which the price will reach 186 rupees 7 paise.

Ishaq Dar said that the price of diesel will remain at Rs 293 for the next 15 days, while the price of light speed diesel will also remain at Rs 274.
