Gujranwala: The Gujranwala District Bar has filed a complaint against Justice Qazi Faiz Isa in the Supreme Judicial Council seeking his removal from office.
According to Leading News, the Gujranwala District Bar has adopted a position that the Supreme Judicial Council should order the removal of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa from the post, as Justice Qazi Faiz Isa was convicted of misconduct by going to Parliament, sitting with corrupt politicians and violating the Judges Code of Conduct, the Constitution of Pakistan says to keep a distinction between the judiciary and the executive.
A copy of the bar complaint has been sent to all members of the Supreme Judicial Council.
