Peshawar: A handgun was thrown at the house of National Assembly member Nasir Khan Musazai, who had defected from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, but no casualties were reported in the attack.
According to the preliminary details, some unknown suspects have thrown a hand grenade on the cell of Nasir Khan Musazai of Peshawar police station.
As soon as the incident was reported, DSP President Circle Muhammad Ali Khan and SHO Inglebal Masood Khan and BDU reached the spot and inspected the scene in detail.
Police officials say that the BDU has confirmed the hand grenade after collecting important evidence from the crime scene.
According to police officials, there was no loss of life in the grenade attack, but the wall was partially damaged and the glass of a nearby room was broken.
