Islamabad: The Pakistan cricket team player Haris Rauf has been appointed as the goodwill ambassador of Islamabad Capital Police.
According to Islamabad Police spokesperson, cricketer Haris Rauf was given the honorary rank of DSP of Capital Police. IG Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan conferred the honorary rank on Haris Rauf.
Haris Rauf has played 57 T20s, 18 ODIs and one Test so far. He has taken the most wickets in T20 matches with 72. Haris Rauf has taken 18 wickets in ODI matches. He is part of the Lahore Qalandars team in the Pakistan Super League.
