DUBAI: Sunset Hospitality Group’s Christophe Hobeika gave his scoop on the evolving demands of modern travellers and their passion for gastronomy at the Arabian Travel Market 2024.
Christophe Hobeika, the Executive Director of Sunset Hotels & Resorts, was one of the esteemed panelists during the ATM session, ‘Find Your 2024 Niche’, focused on maximising emerging travel trends and gastronomy on May 9.
During the talk, Hobeika, alongside esteemed culinary experts Samamtha Wood (FooDiva), Harue Oki (INTO ME, Aviareps), and Jonathon DeLise (FindingFoodFluency), emphasised the importance of adapting to the evolving demands of modern travellers, catering to their love of gastronomy and their passion for adventure.
Throughout the session, the panelists explored culinary trends and ways to stand out in the Middle East’s highly competitive luxury travel market. Hobeika explained about the demand for authenticity and personalisation in the F&B industry, and how adopting a personalised approach to the guest experience can help luxury hospitality brands with customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
