UAE: Hyde Hotel Dubai’s Cinq Mondes Spa is coming up with a series of wellness activities designed to keep you fit and refreshed during the month of Ramadan. With a focus on holistic wellbeing, Hyde Dubai has teamed up with like-minded brands to offer a range of classes that cater to different fitness levels and preferences.
Start your Sunday with the Hyde Dubai yoga pop-up at Central Park Towers, DIFC. The session will begin with a Vigorous Flow Yoga, a dynamic and energetic style of yoga that combines fluid movements, breath work, and strength-building postures. Joining this invigorating yoga class will be even more rewarding as it will be tutored by renowned yoga trainer, Dina Ghandour, who brings her expertise and passion to help you reach your full potential on the mat.
This yoga class that is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis, followed by complimentary light and healthy snacks.
The event will also feature cool retail pop-ups from Virago Active Wear Dubai that will be showcasing their latest activewears, and FitLov which will feature body-composition analysis and other freebies from Hyde. The wellness pop-up will take place on Sunday, the 9th of April on the 43rd floor, The Point in Central Park Towers, DIFC. Class starts at 10:00 am. The event is completely free but seats are limited.
