HyperCycle Launches $1.1 Billion Korea Venture to Build Global “Internet of AI”

SEOUL: HyperCycle, the Abu Dhabi–based pioneer in “Internet of AI” (IoAI) infrastructure, has announced a $1.1 billion joint venture with South Korean investors led by Addeep Inc., marking its first international expansion.

The venture — HyperCycle Korea — was formally reconfirmed during a ceremony at the National Assembly in Seoul, attended by senior officials from both the UAE and South Korean governments. It designates South Korea as Co-Lead #1 of the global Internet of AI alongside the UAE, positioning Seoul as a central hub for IoAI development.

Under the agreement, the project includes $250 million in cash investment — $25 million each from HyperCycle UAE and Addeep Inc., and $200 million from a consortium of Korean investors — along with $850 million in in-kind assets from HyperCycle’s 170,000 Node Factories, providing a strong, revenue-generating foundation.

HyperCycle CEO Toufi Saliba said the initiative marks “a pivotal step in building the global Internet of AI,” adding that the partnership with Korea will define a new era of economic and technological collaboration.

Addeep Inc. Chairman and CVO Kevin JaeYoung Yoon said the venture will enhance Korea’s technological sovereignty, generate employment, and introduce educational programs to prepare citizens for the IoAI-driven economy.

HyperCycle Korea’s 10-year roadmap includes establishing a 20-megawatt data center, launching AI training partnerships with universities, and creating a $200 million Strategic Enterprise Adoption Fund to accelerate industrial-scale use of Node Factory technology.

With this milestone, HyperCycle strengthens its position as a global enabler of the Internet of AI — driving innovation and collaboration between the UAE and South Korea.
