Lahore: General Secretary of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Asad Umar has said that Imran Khan will announce the date of Long March reaching Pindi on Saturday.
According to Leading News, an important meeting of PTI leaders was held at Zaman Park Lahore under the chairmanship of Imran Khan, in which Punjab cabinet ministers also participated.
In the meeting, the situation of the long march was discussed, while it was decided to increase public pressure on the government for future elections, to intensify the legal battle regarding FIR, Arshad Sharif and Azam Swati. After the PTI meeting, Asad Umar said that Imran Khan will announce the arrival date of the long march to Pindi on Saturday.
Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that PTI leadership meeting was held under the leadership of Imran Khan, PTI leadership meeting was held under the leadership of Imran Khan, informed the chairman about the long march today. He said that it was decided that this march will continue as usual, Imran Khan will make an announcement about reaching Pindi on Saturday.
It should be noted that PTI’s long march which started again from Wazirabad has reached Jhelum.
