According to the Election Commission, under the constitution, the winner of more seats can hold only one seat, it is mandatory to resign from the additional seats within 30 days after the election result is released, the person who does not resign automatically will remain in the seat only. and Imran Khan won the last seat from NA 45 Karam.
The Election Commission has issued a notification declaring 6 seats won by Imran Khan as vacant, according to which the seats of Imran Khan from NA 22 Mardan, NA 24 Charsadda, NA 31 Peshawar have become vacant. Apart from this, Imran Khan’s seat from NA 108 Faisalabad, NA 118 Nankana and NA 239 Karachi was declared vacant.
