Imran Khan Shares Heartfelt Phone Call with Sons from Adiala Jail

Rawalpindi: In compliance with a court directive, Imran Khan, the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was granted a poignant opportunity to engage in a telephonic conversation with his sons while being incarcerated in Adiala Jail on Saturday.

The emotional exchange between Imran Khan and his sons, Qasim and Sulaiman, left a profound impact on all involved. During the call, the former prime minister was observed to be smiling and offering words of consolation to his sons, demonstrating a heartfelt effort to uplift their spirits during this challenging period.

Sources within the jail confirmed that this special telephonic interaction took place through WhatsApp, commencing at 4:30 pm and lasting until 5:00 pm, in strict accordance with the orders of Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.

It is noteworthy that the same judge had issued the order on Wednesday, permitting Imran Khan to engage in telephonic conversations with his sons, who currently reside in the United Kingdom with the former PM’s ex-wife, Jemima Goldsmith.
