Imran received nomination papers for NA-193 by-election

Rajanpur: Imran Khan has received the nomination papers for the by-election on NA-193, the vacant National Assembly seat from Rajanpur district of Punjab.

According to Leading News, the seat of Jampur NA 193 of Rajanpur Constituency fell vacant after the death of PTI Member National Assembly Sardar Jafar Laghari, on which the Election Commission has announced a by-election on February 26, 2023.

PTI has announced to contest from this constituency, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan will contest from constituency NA-193 for which nomination papers have been received from the Election Commission.

It should be noted that even before this PTI chairman has contested the elections on several vacant seats of the National Assembly, while a day ago PTI announced after the resignation of 34 members was accepted by the Speaker that the said constituencies Imran Khan will contest election.
