Rawalpindi: The arrest warrant of Chairman PTI Imran Khan has been suspended in the contempt of Election Commission case.
The Rawalpindi Bench of Lahore High Court suspended the arrest warrants of Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry in the contempt of Election Commission case. Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan, while hearing the case, also issued a notice to the Election Commission.
Faisal Chaudhary and Ali Bukhari advocate appeared in the court during the hearing.
It should be noted that the Election Commission has issued bailable warrants to Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhary for their attendance on January 17.
