ABU DHABI: Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised distributor for INFINITI in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Al Dhafra Region, has announced a 67% surge in sales for the all-new INFINITI QX80 during the first seven months of 2025 compared to the same period last year. The flagship luxury SUV also expanded its share in the competitive full-size luxury SUV segment.
The growth highlights shifting consumer preferences in Abu Dhabi, with more customers opting for bold SUVs that combine presence with luxury. Recent product upgrades have played a key role in the QX80’s success, including a redesigned exterior, new 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 engine (450 hp, 700 Nm torque), advanced driver assistance features, dual 14.3-inch displays, and a premium 24-speaker Klipsch audio system.
Building on this momentum, INFINITI launched the QX80 SPORT earlier this year. The SPORT grade features dark exterior accents, exclusive 22-inch alloy wheels, and a bespoke interior design, while retaining the comfort and craftsmanship of the standard model.

The UAE’s luxury car market, valued at USD 4.45 billion in 2024, is projected to grow over 5% annually through 2034, with full-size luxury SUVs expected to capture a significant share. The QX80 is positioned as one of the most relevant contenders in this segment.
