Spanning over 124,000 square feet, the development aims to balance convenience with boutique-style experiences, featuring curated retail stores, family dining options, wellness zones, and landscaped gathering spaces.
Strategically situated to serve The Villa community and surrounding residential clusters, The Villa Square’s design emphasizes natural light, open spaces, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow, catering to the lifestyle needs of modern families across Dubai.
As part of KeyMavens Retail, the Group’s subsidiary focused on lifestyle and commercial destinations, the project underscores the company’s commitment to creating meaningful, community-oriented developments.
