Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-N President Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Maryam Nawaz as the senior vice president while taking the organizational decision of the party.
According to PML-N Spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb, a decision notification has been issued with the signature of the party president, according to which Maryam Nawaz has been appointed as the senior vice-president of PML-N.
According to the notification, Shahbaz Sharif also appointed Maryam Nawaz as the chief organizer of the party, after which she has been entrusted with the responsibilities of restructuring the Muslim League-N. According to sources, Maryam Nawaz will reorganize the party at all levels.
On the other hand, Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has congratulated Maryam Nawaz on being appointed as the Senior Vice President of the party and wished her well. In his Twitter statement, he said that after consultation with party leader Mian Nawaz Sharif, it would be a pleasure to assign the responsibilities of chief organizer to Maryam Nawaz.
Meanwhile, in the notification issued by PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb regarding the appointment of Maryam Nawaz, the year has been wrongly written in which the date of January 2, 2022 is written. The notification was later corrected by hand and re-shared on social media.
