Military vows to bring Peshawar blast perpetrators to book

Rawalpindi: In the Corps Commanders’ Conference chaired by the Army Chief, determination has been expressed to bring those responsible for the Peshawar tragedy to justice and to bring them to justice.

According to the announcement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), the 255th Corps Commanders’ Conference was held at GHQ under the chairmanship of the Army Chief. The participants were made aware in detail about the current and emerging threat situation in Occupied Kashmir and intelligence-based operations being conducted by the Army and law enforcement agencies to break the nexus between terrorists and their support mechanisms. has been.

The Forum paid tribute to the martyrs of the Peshawar Police Line blast and vowed that those responsible for the incident would be brought to justice and brought to justice.

The Army Chief said that such unethical and cowardly acts cannot shake the resolve of the nation, rather it reinforces our resolve to succeed in the ongoing war against terrorism. There is zero tolerance for any terrorist, said he.

The Army Chief directed all commanders to focus on counter-terrorism operations in collaboration with intelligence and law enforcement agencies until we achieve lasting peace.

The corps commanders, taking notice of the human rights violations and the Indian strategy of changing the population of Occupied Kashmir, pledged Pakistan’s basic support for the local freedom struggle of the Kashmiris in accordance with the relevant UN resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
