MWM’s decision not to give vote of confidence to Elahi

Lahore: MPA of MWM has decided not to give vote of confidence to Chief Minister Punjab.

In a statement released by Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, it was said that MWM Political Council has taken an important decision after consultation on the issue of vote of confidence of Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.

According to the spokesman, MWM has expressed serious concerns over some actions of Chief Minister Punjab and Member of Punjab Assembly of MWM Syeda Zahra Naqvi will not give a vote of confidence to Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi.

The spokesman said that the decision not to give a vote of confidence to the Punjab Chief Minister has been taken in the light of the instructions of the party leadership.
