NA accepted 34 more resignations of PTI & Sheikh Rasheed

The Speaker National Assembly accepted the resignation of 34 more members of PTI and Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed from the National Assembly.

According to Leading News, Tehreek-e-Insaf members of the National Assembly had resigned from the membership of the House. .

At first, Tehreek-e-Insaf denied the appearance of members individually, later it supported the individual or collective appearance of members for the overthrow of the government and general elections, but the resignations could not pass the approval process.

A day ago, Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan issued a statement on his return to the National Assembly and said that we can return to the Assembly, while a few days ago he had also hinted to present a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister. The decision was also approved by the top leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf, but today the news of the approval of the resignation of the members of the assembly has come out.

Today Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf has accepted the resignation of 35 more members of the Assembly. In this regard, the Election Commission of Pakistan has also issued a notification to de-notify the members.

Among the members whose resignations have been accepted are PTI’s Murad Syed, Umar Ayub, Asad Qaiser, Parvez Khattak, Imran Khattak, Shehryar Afridi, Ali Amin Khan, Noorul Haque Qadri, Raja Khurram Shahzad Nawaz, Ali Nawaz Awan, Asad. Umar, Sadaqat Ali Khan, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Mansoor Hayat Khan, Fawad Ahmad (Fawad Chaudhry), Sanaullah Khan Mastikhel, Muhammad Hammad Azhar, Shafqat Mahmood Khan, Malik Muhammad Aamir Dogar, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Zartaj Gul, Faheem Khan, Saifur Rehman, Muhammad Alamgir Khan, Syed Ali Haider Zaidi, Aftab Hussain Siddiqui, Attaullah, Aftab Jahangir, Muhammad Aslam Khan, Muhammad Najeeb Haroon, Muhammad Qasim Khan Suri, Alia Hamza, Kanwal Shuzab and Sheikh Rashid .

Apart from this, the Speaker has also accepted the resignation of Awami Muslim League chief and PTI ally Sheikh Rasheed.

Similarly, the resignations of Alia Hamza Malik and Kanwal Shuzab have also been accepted on specific seats.
